Proceeding Word Church meets every Sunday morning in the Main Sanctuary. Proceeding Word Church is our Covenant Church pastored by the wife of Bishop Fitzpatrick Sundays 9:30 AM: Sunday School Ministry Sunday morning is a great time to study the word of God. Join us every Sunday morning in Sunday School. Be prepared to challenge yourself to learn the Word of God for yourself. We have classes for all Ages. Youth Sunday School Sessions Breakfast is served every Sunday morning to afford our youth the opportunity to eat a physical meal and also be nourished with spiritual food. Bring your children to Youth Sunday School for a great time of learning caring and sharing. Sundays: As Scheduled. New Beginnings Covenant Ministry (New Members Ministry) As a new member I'm sure you are looking to learn more about the great church you have decided to become a part of. In the New Beginnings Covenant Ministry you will be welcome into the family of Stone Temple. It is here you can begin to make yourself at home here at Stone Temple. Have questions, ask them here. Sunday Morning Word and Worship Service Join Bishop Derrick M. Fitzpatrick as he leads the Stone Temple Church Congregation in our Power packed Sunday Morning Word and Worship Service. God's word is Life Giving and Life Changing. Through our Worship Experience, we seek to reach out to children, young adults and the adult community at large. We seek to build a connection between God, The Church and the community. The Preaching and Teaching of God's word brings people to an understanding that God's word is a powerful influence on their everyday lives. All of our endeavors are doors for reaching the community and allow the ministry to Build, Teach and Train those that we come into contact with. You don't want to miss a Sunday as God moves by His power and by His might. Make it a point to come out and bring a friend. Sundays: 11:00 AM. Babies for The Kingdom Ministry Worship Service Babies for the Kingdom was a Vision given by God to our Bishop. His love for the babies inspired him to find a place for our young children to worship together in a child friendly environment. To say the least, Babies for the Kingdom is our Bishop's Baby. Jesus said: Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. While you enjoy Morning Worship in the main Sanctuary, bring your little ones down to Babies for the Kingdom Worship. Your children will learn about God, the Bible and learn our motto of Loving, Caring and Sharing. Mondays: 7:00 P.M. Dominion College of Theology Dominion College will prepare students with biblical based theology, sound biblical doctrine and ministry experience to impact the Kingdom and the world. Dominion College demonstrates the biblical model of the five-fold ministry spoken of by Paul to the Ephesians. This ministry model prepares and equips the Body of Christ for ministry by promoting the gifts of the evangelist, pastor, apostle and prophet (Ephesians 4:11-12). Students prepare for ministry and fulfill the mandate to study to show themselves approved as they receive anointed teaching from teachers with a desire to impart knowledge in a classroom setting and from the ministry context of a dynamic local church. Students can earn an Associate, Bachelors or Masters Degree. Tuesdays: 7:00 PM Adult Bible Class Bible class lays a foundation for learning God's Word. Bible Class lays a foundation for all participants to continue to build a vibrant relationship with God. Scripture says study to show yourself approved. Join us on Tuesday nights for Bible Class. Sundays: 1:30 Pm Judah Youth Choir Rehearsal "In Judah is God known." In our praise God is known. Praise is what we do, and praise is who we are. We are Judah, the Stone Temple youth choir full of energetic praise and anointed talent. We minister once a month in the main sanctuary, blessing the members and visitors alike. The youth choir is for youth aged 5-25. The youth choir's purpose and goal is to minister to God, and the Church Body through worship and praise to Jesus Christ, with energy, passion, and purpose. Come out and rehearse with us every Tuesday night at 7:00 P.M. . Wednesdays: 7:00 P.M. Seniors' Bible Class Bible class lays a foundation for learning God's Word. Bible Class lays a foundation for all participants to continue to build a vibrant relationship with God. Scripture says study to show yourself approved. Join us on Wednesday nights for Bible Class. Thursday: 7:00 P.M. Adult Choir Rehearsal It is a privilege to serve God! In Hebrew worship, and throughout church history, choirs have been an important factor in group-worship, and in the proclamation of the gospel. The choir today is vitally important to the work of the church. The choir's purpose is to glorify Jesus Christ by allowing Him to use the choir as a tool by working through each individual choir member to: prepare the hearts of the congregation for the preaching of the word of God; to bless the members of the congregation and members of the choir alike through the singing of God's music, psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs; to lead the congregation in singing; to be an example to the other members of the church by the testimony of their lives; to provide an avenue of service to the members of the church. As Announced Men Ministering to Men "Be thou strong therefore, and shew thyself a man" -- 1 Kings 2:2 A true Man is a Godly Man. A Godly Man reflects the Heart of God in Who he is and What he does. A true Man has commitment and conviction to THE WORD OF GOD. He has Courage as a Leader for God and Compassion for the People of God. A true man shows Himself to be a Man. I said to the Lord, "You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing." Psalms 16:2 David recognized that the only good in him was the God in him. Great godly men are willing to step aside from their own need for ego building and self-confidence and humble themselves before an almighty God. Men come out and become a part of Men Ministering to Men. |
