21 Days of Prayer

DAY 21 (12/31/2020):  SALVATION

·         Isaiah 12:2

·         Habakkuk 3:8

·         John 14:6

·         Acts 4:12

·         Romans 10:9

·         Hebrews 9:28

STEPS TO LEADING SOMEONE TO CHRIST:

1.    Admit they are a sinner (Romans 3:10)

2.   They must be willing to turn from their sin.  This is what the word      repent means. (Acts 17:30)

3. They must believe that Jesus Christ died for them, that He was buried and rose again from the dead to pay the price for their sins. (Romans 10:9-10)

4. They must pray and invite Jesus into their hearts as their Lord and Savior. (2 Romans 10:13)

Salvation Prayer:

Father, I am a sinner in need of your forgiveness.  I ask you to forgive me of all my sins in Jesus' name.  I repent and turn from sinning and doing wrong, right now.  I believe that Jesus died and rose again for my sin and I accept His payment.  Jesus, I ask you to come into my heart right now and be my Lord and Savior. Fill me with the Holy Spirit.  I thank You, Lord, for hearing my prayer and coming into my heat and saving me according to Your word.  I love You Lord, and I ask You to seal me in the blood of Jesus and help me live for you all the days of my life.  In Jesus' name.  Amen.

CONCLUSION:

Congratulations on completing this 21 Days of Prayer.  It is said, it takes 21 days to create a habit.  It is my prayer that these last 21 days have helped you to create a passion for prayer, a mind to mediate and a desire to study.  2020 may have stripped relationships and property, but it has not stripped our hope.  Ephesians 2:18-22 states, "For through Him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.  Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; and are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; in whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: in whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit."

My advice would be for you to embrace and nurture this indwelling as God is desiring more from all of us within the fellowship.  However, we have been designed to carry His spirit daily.  Tell someone about he One who helped you to His Glory.
