Dominion Academy
This
ministry is committed to build and develop in each child a foundation
on which he/she can become an active, participating, believer in the
church. A child which will grow up to become a bold and powerful
ambassador who will be winning souls for our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ. In order to build and develop this foundation we as a group of
baptized believers should provide every opportunity to ensure our
children the freedom to worship God in spirit and in truth. In the book
of Proverbs, the Bible tells us to train up a child in the way which he
should go and when he is old he would not depart from it. This world in
which we live in has extended an invitation for our children to come and
take a part in. It is up to the family and the church to train up our
children in the way they should go. (Proverbs 22:6)
This
ministry is committed to ensure the type of atmosphere where children
from ages 5-12 of all races, creeds, and colors come and learn, study,
grow and apply the word of God through His divine word, song, praise,
worship, dance, theater, and through the testimonies of others. The
motto of the MCM is we are a ministry that is "Bible Based and Word
Oriented." It is of urgency that our children become fully armed and
ready for battle. The word of God says that "...For we wrestled not
against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual
wickedness in high places..." (Ephesians 6:12)
Children
are very important to the MCM family, but most of all they are
important to God. This ministry hopes to provide a strong foundation to
educate and inform our children of the importance of being an active and
functional Christian for Jesus Christ. We, as a Children's Church
family, are committed to provide an atmosphere where children can
worship and praise God freely and learn to flow in the anointing of the
Holy Spirit. The motto for the Children's Ministry is "NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST US SHALL PROSPER." (Isaiah 54:17)
