The visionary of this ministry is Bishop Reginald L. Steele, Sr. He stepped out in faith in 1992, with the support of 7 people who believed in the vision, and formed Grace Church. Since its inception, the ministry has been thriving and overflowing with spiritual growth. In 2002, we became affiliated with Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies, Inc., where Dr. Sherman S.
