The True Vine Family and Friends Retreat 2025!  Join us September 5-7, 2025, at Epworth by the Sea on St. Simons Island, Georgia. Epworth is a hospitality ministry providing a premier conference center where lives are transformed by Jesus Christ through renewal of soul, mind, and body by focusing on worship, study, and fellowship. Epworth is owned by the United Methodist Church.

To secure your reservation a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE per adult deposit is required. The deposit deadline is Sunday, March 9, 2025. Rooms are available on a first come first served basis. If you plan to lodge at the retreat site, you must plan to lodge both nights (Friday and Saturday). Six (6) meals are included in the adult and children's rates. Delicious cafeteria-style meals including soup and salad bar will be served. Please note, if you choose to dine at another location AND are lodging at the retreat site, you will still be required to pay for meals (NO EXCEPTIONS). You do not have to be a True Vine member to make a reservation. All participants shall be responsible for payment of their own lodging, accommodation and transportation. All remaining fees are due Sunday, August 3, 2025.

You are also welcome to bring coolers and blow-up beds, but no cooking is allowed in any of the rooms. You may place your cooler on the private balcony. Ice machines are available at no cost.  

You DO NOT have to be a member of True Vine to attend the retreat as we plan to invite friend and faith-based partners.
