At her natural root is an introvert but it is not apparent when she exercises her ministry gift of teacher. She is the author and creative designer of guidelines and training materials related to Financial Planning, Prophetic Arts, Church Administration and Government, Women Ministry, Ministerial Coaching and Training as well as Youth Ministry.

Her collegiate efforts include an MBA (Magna Cum Laude) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. She also received specialization credentials from Rice University in the area of Leadership Development and Planning with an emphasis on Competency Skill Prioritization and Georgia Tech University in ISO 9001 (Quality Management System). In 2014 she launched JJ Creations which offers creative design consulting to those desiring to change or improve their personal, business, or ministry brands.

She is in senior leadership within a Fortune 500 company where she oversees various types of team operations. Her apostolic accomplishments include Behavior Coaching certification, DMAIC Model processing within Lean Six Sigma for process, innovation, and control units. As a dynamic businesswoman, she has received several service awards for her mentoring and coaching efforts. With more than 20 years of experience as a corporate leader, she is highly regarded and often summoned for career development and training within and without the workplace. Elder Johnson uses all skills within her wheelhouse to ensure the people of God are positioned for victory no matter the type of battlefield.

In addition to her husband, Elder Johnson's family love extends to their three adult children who are actively engaged in various areas of ministry and the Kingdom of God. She has also provided nurturing care to many others. She constantly challenges her children to never live in the "Land of Regret" by pursuing every dream with preparation and vigor!
